No Joke

A Note from Melinda

208 years.

That's how long the World Economic Forum projects it will take the United States to reach gender equality.

It’s ridiculous to wait so long for something so important. In fact, it’s preposterous. But it’s no joke.

That's why this month, we're using stats, stories, and humor to call on all Americans to play a role in speeding up the pace of progress.

If we choose to make gender equality a priority, we will see that better, more equal future a lot faster.

Equality can’t wait, and we shouldn’t either.
