Darlene Gillard Jones is part of the Founding team and Director, Community for digitalundivided, a social enterprise that fosters economic growth through the empowerment of Black and Latinx women entrepreneurs using innovation as a tool where she oversees all Community Partnerships, events and is part of the leadership team spearheading the organization's expansion. The cornerstone of digitalundivided’s work is the BIG Incubator program (BIG) for tech enabled startups led by Black and Latinx women that provides a structured curriculum focused on developing sustainable businesses and direct access to funding.

Darlene has spent the past 20 years as the idea-to-execution force behind some of the most well-known brands and publications in business, media, and technology.

Prior to digitalundivided, Darlene held senior leadership positions at several national media outlets for women including W, Essence, and Elle Magazine and has led special projects for organizations like Time Inc, eBay, Disney, and the International Downtown Association.
