A Note from Melinda
Every March, Women’s History Month gives us a reason to celebrate the lives and accomplishments of women. But, to be honest, I wish we didn’t need it. I wish women’s contributions were already equally represented in our textbooks and valued by society. I wish ‘women’s history’ was just called ‘history.’
Until then, we set aside this month to tell stories that too often go untold and to recommit to expanding our understanding of who we are and how we got here.
To that end, I hope you’ll join Evoke for Women’s History Month.
