Michael Asudi is an innovative youth leader who works with young people in Kenya and across the globe. He is the Country Coordinator and Secretary of International Affairs at the Organisation of Africa Youth-Kenya Chapter, and is Convener and Founder of Kenya Adolescents and Youth SRHR/HIV Network. He has an MBA in Finance and a Diploma in Youth Development Work/Commonwealth Youth Program from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.

Michael is passionate about youth empowerment and community-centered development. His work focuses on health, youth work practices, entrepreneurship, and the Sustainable Development Goals.

What are you most proud of?

Despite challenges and failures we’ve faced, I’m inspired by the achievements we’ve made with youth in Kenya. Through Jiactivate and the first-ever adolescent toolkit, we’ve pioneered ways for youth to influence policy.
